Rococo was started by Eddie Cleal in 2005 in London. Wanting to move to the country and be amongst great produce he ended up with his wife and two boys in Herefordshire.
"I love London and everything it has to offer, however you cannot beat the open mindedness of the people of Herefordshire. Where else can you go along to the farm that rears rare breeds and be allowed to get amongst them? It is such a thrill."
Eddie has been one of those lucky people able to make a vast career change. Following his heart he took himself to cooking school (Leiths School of Food and Wine) to learn the basic skills before getting out there; into the industry to start making a living for himself with his own company.
